All bedrooms are equipped with 39-inch intelligent Roku TVs. At ground level, this 4,500 sq. ft. cavernous home opens with a carport, lake access, a private heated saltwater pool with a tropical bar, shower, and a fish station. For your convenience, the all-floor elevator opens in the front of the home. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the lakefront sandy beach, ideal for watersports, fishing, and launching the supplied kayaks. Gather around the lakeside firepit when the stars come out.

The first level features a main bedroom with a garden tub, and a separate shower, and a bedroom with full bath access and pool access. A game room with a pool table, a wet bar, and a mini-refrigerator opens to the pool area and accesses the full hall bath. Also on this level is a laundry room with a constructed-in ironing board and a full-size refrigerator.
