Bedroom three has two singles. A centrally located hall bath and laundry area round out this level. A foosball table are also located on this level which will make for hours of fun. Don't forget about those family game nights. On Water's Edge has multiple board games for your entertainment choices.

At the top of the stairs is the comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated great room. The living room offers plenty of space for everyone to gather around and recount the day's adventures. The fully-equipped kitchen is opened to the living room so the conversation can continue to flow even as the cooks are in the kitchen preparing their specialties. The nearby dining table offers seating for four with an additional four seats available at the breakfast bar.

There is no better way to wake up in the morning than by stepping out onto the oceanfront deck, breathing in the crisp salt air, as you sip your coffee and watch the sun rising out of the Atlantic. A conveniently located full bath and fourth bedroom with queen bed complete this home.
