We invite you to spend your next Outer Banks beach vacation at this charmingly decorated home with unobstructed sound vistas, a back yard garden and sits located on a peaceful street at the foot of the 1st tee dune in the Villages at Nags Head!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom and deck access, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles, full hallway bathroom, laundry area with washer and dryer and a half bathroom.

Top Level: Great room with 55" intelligent TV (Roku/Spectrum app), stereo, Double Sleep Couch and deck access with sound vistas, dining room seating 6 and the kitchen with breakfast table seating 4.

Extras: TV with Roku & Spectrum App, stereo, washer/dryer, high-speed wireless internet, enclosed outside shower, games, sun deck, deck furnishings, community pool and tennis and linens and towels included. No Smoking. No Animals. Full week units only. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Singles, Double SS. House Address: 128 W. Marsh Cove, Nags Head. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy., Kitty Hawk Office.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does NOT offer a grille or beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
