The main floor is comfy with a large HDTV above the fireplace, ocean views while seated or on the decks, a BBQ grill, a screened porch, and a kitchen, which allows the chefs to remain part of the great room conversations. Spiral stairs lead to a loft where kids can call their own, or adults can escape for some secluded time.

The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the middle level. The lower level has a large game room with a pool table and a wet bar. Exit the slider to the private pool area with a hot tub, where you may spend most of your time during the week. What could be better than a large, well-appointed home close to the beach and private pool?

• The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.
