Upstairs, the Just Breathe great room has wide-open ceilings and one-of-a-kind ocean views from every window. The newly remodeled kitchen has a breakfast island with seating, a dishwasher, and a double-door fridge. The primary bedroom features a remodeled bathroom with an electric fireplace and a TV. THINGS TO KNOW

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.
