This second-floor, upscale home is designed for life on the beach. If you choose, elevator access will deliver your guests, luggage, and groceries to your floor. The queen bedroom has laminate wood floors, a TV, and access to a semi-private bath (hall access) with a tub/shower. The full-size kitchen has tile floors, solid surface countertops, a breakfast island, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and ocean views. The oceanfront living area has comfortable resort furniture with a sleeper sofa, a TV and DVD player, HBO, and DirecTV. Head outside to the furnished oceanfront deck with postcard views. Flip Flop Island welcomes one dog, so every family member can come along!

At ground level, you will find a large fish-cleaning station, grills, and picnic tables. Elevator service is available to all levels. Just grab a luggage cart from the first-floor coin-operated laundry facility and roll your luggage to your condo door. Additional community amenities include high-speed internet and free WiFi, a community pool (available May to Labor Day), a hot tub (available from April to November), and an outdoor shower. The Durant Station Community Center is topped by the historic tower from the original Durant Lifesaving Station. This is the ideal location for corporate meetings, wedding parties, or for enjoying the space with family and friends. This area boasts a first-floor sitting room with a large flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace (available November to March), and an upper-level game room with a pool table and a complete kitchen.
