The first and second bedrooms share a bathroom on the entry level. The third poolside bedroom features a private bath. A new basement wet bar with butcher block countertops, a built-in ice maker, and a refrigerator make the recreation room, which features a pool table and TV, even more enticing. The laundry nook is located mid-level. The fourth bedroom is upstairs and includes a bathroom. The fifth and sixth bedrooms share a bathroom. The seventh and eighth bedrooms are both oceanfront rooms with deck access and private en suite baths. Bedroom nine also features an en suite bath. Recent upgrades to the home include a completely remodeled third-floor great room with new flooring, updated furniture, a gas fireplace, and a TV with streaming capability. The kitchen features a two-corner breakfast bar and a large dining area, plus lots of countertop space and a double oven.
