The tower, meanwhile, is a private rooftop reading lounge that's lined with windows, giving you a full 360-degree view. Step outside and bask in the ocean breeze on the tallest deck in the house while experiencing Waves from a bird's eye view.

The base of the house is equipped for preparing your fresh catch, with a fish-cleaning station and a grill. Back inside, venture up past the foyer to the main sleeping quarters. On this floor are three bedrooms and a queen-size sofabed. One of the rooms has two double beds, one has a queen bed, and the other is the primary bedroom. Also included on this level are a whirlpool tub, a bonus lounging space, and a deck which leads up to the main kitchen and living room level.
