Ground Level: After a full day of playing hard from boating, fishing, and catching crabs off the on-site boat dock, relax and take a exhilarating swim in the pool. Water enthusiasts will appreciate the ramp down to the Pamlico Sound, it's the ideal spot to launch your kayak, paddleboard, or soak up some rays on an upsized raft - fun for all ages and furry friends too! The lockable storage room is ideal for storing all your beach gear and outside toys. The charcoal grille is ready for you to toss on the fresh catch of the day. Take in the delightful scenery while having dinner at the picnic table. This level also features a sizable carport area that provides ample room for numerous cars. The light-filled King en suite bedroom comes complete with a tiled shower. Also featured on this level, is another bright and breezy King en suite that shares a semi-private bathroom with the sitting area. Middle Level: Exiting the elevator you will find two en suite bedrooms that have simple access to the deck. Kids will go crazy over the bedroom that offers two Pyramid Bunk sets (Singles over Doubles) with a TV, a private bath, and a slider that opens to the covered deck. Conveniently located on this level is another attractively appointed King bedroom with its own attached bath for privacy. Savor a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening, all while soaking in the upsized Jacuzzi tub. The En suite also features a tiled shower. An additional perk, a slider is located across the hall from the bedrooms that opens to another cavernous covered deck.

Top Level: With a welcoming style, the living area invites you to settle in and soak up all the natural light this room has to offer. In this open-concept beach home, the gourmet kitchen beckons fluidly from the living room and accepts conversations to flow. The kitchen features counter space galore, thanks to a bar counter where you can prep food, pack a picnic for the beach, or sit and sip your choice of drink. This is a chef's dream! The dining area is just steps from the kitchen. Up to 10 can gather around the dining table for a feast or do a jigsaw puzzle of Hatteras Island's famed Lighthouse. The sundeck awaits someone wanting to get lost in a good book, take a lazy afternoon nap, or take in all nature has to offer.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

It was 1978 when Eddie and Lou Miller first opened Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse. As a teenager, their son Brian spent his summers working in the restaurant, getting familiar with the family business. After college, Brian and his wife Beth came back to Kill Devil Hills and began working together at Miller’s. Brian and Beth officially purchased the restaurant from Eddie and Lou in 2007. A few years later they opened American Pie together, and both restaurants now carry on the Miller family tradition of quality, excellence and hospitality.
