Top Level: Entry level from deck with ocean view. Great room with TV/DVD, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining area seating 4-6 and a screened porch with picnic table. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Single Beds, Bedroom with a Double Bed and a full hall bathroom. Hallway access to the West side deck.

Extras: 2 TV, DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, parking for 3 cars, sun deck, enclosed outside shower, screened porch and deck furnishings. No Smoking. DOGS WELCOME. Full week units only. Distance to beach access: 1100'. Beds: Queen, Double, 2 Singles. House Address: 3721 Hallett Street, Kitty Hawk. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Linens and towels are NOT supplied but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.

This home does NOT offer beach chairs or washer and dryer on site.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
