You'll find plenty of fun outdoors, with a basketball goal on a concrete pad, a picnic table and a gas grill on the lower gated deck, a fish-cleaning table, furnished sundecks, and access to the OBR Community Pool a few streets away.

Relax in the spacious, first-floor living room, which opens to the dining room and the well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you can get a good night's rest in one of two primary bedrooms with gorgeous oceanfront views or get away from it all in the oceanfront sitting room with a TV, a wet bar, and a minifridge.

Electronic amenities include four TVs, a DVD player, a stereo/CD player, free long-distance calling, and high-speed WiFi for your laptop - although you'll find it hard to tear yourself away from those ocean breakers, visible from the top-level bedrooms, the sitting room, and the sundeck. On the lower level - not in the main house - is the home's washer/dryer.
