Start your vacation with this affordable condo with great amenities for the family! There is a private deck in the queen en suite with an ocean view and the beach access is only 100 feet away. You will need to cross Rt 12 (Beach Rd) to access the beach. Play tennis or go for a swim in the community pool and after a long day of fun in the sun, unwind in the Jacuzzi or snuggle up on the couch to watch a movie.

Boone proximity to a local surfing hotspot makes for an ideal location with the beach and surrounding areas providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, and just those looking for a casual, safe beach day with the kids. Just to the south, only a few feet away you have just that, with a lifeguarded beach manned daily from Memorial Day to the end of September. For food and entertainment, two of the only oceanfront restaurants/bars and local hot spots, Black Pelican and Hurricane Mo’s, are both easy walks right out the front door of Boone Dune. Also, less than a mile away and perfect lunch spots after a day at the beach, Capt'n Franks and John’s Drive-In lay in wait, one famous for hot dogs and the other milkshakes, both local institutions in Kitty Hawk for over 40 years. All within a mile, when we say this conveniently located condo is in the heart of Kitty Hawk it truly is the epicenter of our little beach town.
