There is even a private laundry area so you can pack light and a cargo lift to make moving your things a breeze. The top level opens to a gorgeous great room with a cathedral ceiling and warm furnishings set around the entertainment center. A cavernous furnished sundeck features striking sound and ocean vistas.

Two of the four second-floor bedrooms are oceanview and have access to exterior sundecks. The third bedroom is a bunk room, and the fourth has a TV. The last bedroom is on the third level and has a shared bathroom and deck access.
