Ocracoke has a fish with your name on it, so let Off Island Adventures help you catch it! With Captain Jimmy at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.

You’re likely to go after Flounder, Bluefish, Black Drum, African Pompano Jack, Cobia, Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, Redfish, and more if you come at the right time of year.

During the trip you might be light tackle fishing, trolling, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Your fishing machine for the day is a 24’ Skiff that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials.

Capt. James will provide rods and reels for you. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.

Don’t forget to bring sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid glass bottles.
