You'll also be just over half a mile from a lifeguarded beach access point, one mile from the Avalon Fishing Pier, and close to a variety of popular restaurants, seafood shacks, bars, and breweries.

The home's outdoor spaces are casual and fun, offering a relaxing respite after a day spent at the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, indulge in an afternoon nap in the shaded hammock, and gather on the large elevated deck for cold drinks in the warm sunshine.
