Also on the first level is a main suite with a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 46-inch HDTV. From the game room, head out to the private, 36 x 14, in-ground heated pool with double showers and sundecks. Next to the pool area, which is also accessible by stairs from the upper deck levels, is a stainless gas grille for outdoor entertaining.

Four bedrooms are located on the second level, with three of them offering individual access to the second-level deck and hot tub. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a 40-inch HDTV, sharing a bathroom with another bedroom with two twin beds and a 32-inch HDTV. The third bedroom is a queen primary suite with a semi-private full bathroom, which is also accessible from the main hallway.
