Inside Floyd's Retreat, you'll discover warm wood finishes, dog-friendly amenities, and modern appliances. The comfortable living room displays ample seating and a large smart TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island. When it's time to eat, dining is made just as easy at the formal dining table. Decorated for comfort and style, the four bedrooms are adorned with soft linens, nautical decorations, TVs, and central air-conditioning. • All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (enter number = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations.
• Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• 1 dog, weighing 80 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
