Help yourself to the cookbook library if you're in the mood to try something new. The upstairs has a renovated sleep loft with a king bed, private hot tub, gas fireplace, half bathroom, and wet bar. The fact it also includes a couch, TV, and premium views may make it so you want to stay there for the entire day. Feel free to use the desks upstairs to catch up on remote work or wind down with some online games. There is a balcony deck off this level with a hot tub, perfect for a soak under the stars, and built-in seating in order to see the expansive ocean and sound views.

THINGS TO KNOW

Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility, located at the Avon office address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915. The pool is generally open from May 24 to September 8, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Please note that the operation of community pools is subject to the discretion of the state inspector, management, and/or the HOA. As a result, the availability schedule may change without prior notice.

The gas fireplace is available from November through March.
