The third floor has a large great room with ceiling fans and a brand-new (2024) kitchen with a breakfast bar. Sliding doors lead to a large, all-new (as of 2024) deck with an ocean view complete with deck furniture and a picnic table. The second floor features a bonus room for kids with a foosball table, a new stair Tamer, a TV with front side A/V jack, a sofa bed, and a second fridge/freezer. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. The grill, fish cleaning station area, and showers are located in the under-house entry. Come relax and point your vacation to Dixie Arrow.

Avon Fishing Pier is located 400 yards North and Club Hatteras is 400 yards West on route 12.

Things to Know

• The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
