Mid Level: 2 Queen Bedrooms each with flat-screen TV and deck access that share a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. 2 Bedrooms each with a Bunk Set, Single and a flat-screen TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry are with washer and dryer. 

Top Level: Open great room with flat-screen TV, sound bar, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4 and screened porch access and the dining room seating 10. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Outside you'll find a sun deck with plenty of seating and a crows nest with vistas of the golf course.

Extras: Private Pool (23 x 10, heated for $500 per week), Hot Tub, 6 TVs, sound bar, Keurig, screened porch, picnic table, outside shower, charcoal grille, parking for 6 cars, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30) and linens and towels included. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
