Ground Level: The fully enclosed garage enters into the Recreation room which boasts a queen sleeper sofa, 55-inch QLED TV, an Xbox One X gaming system, Blu-Ray player, and kitchenette. Access the patio to enjoy the private unheated pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. Adjoining is a queen bedroom with 43-inch 4K TV and bathroom with shower

Mid Level: This floor showcases the second main suite with a 43-inch 4K TV, custom tiled bath with shower and private deck. A full bathroom with tub shower and deck overlooking the pool are shared by two bedrooms perfect for the younger ones in your group. One features a 32-inch HD TV. The other has four custom built-in twin bunks, a chair/sleeper and a 32-inch HD TV. The Mid Level is rounded out with a laundry room and a mudroom closet just up from the main entry landing.

Top Level: Enjoy the open concept custom kitchen, dining area and great room form the focal point for gathering and socializing in this spectacular home. The kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with bar seating and extra storage stocked with all the amenities of home. The great room offers a 55-inch QLED TV and Blu-Ray/DVD. The living space extends seamlessly onto a spacious deck overlooking the private pool. The main en suite is located on this level and offers a custom bathroom with a shower, a 43-inch 4K TV, and a private deck for absorbing breathtaking sunsets over Currituck Sound.

Amenities: Guests can enjoy a private twelve-foot-by-24-foot unheated Pool, private hot tub, gas grill, rec room with an Xbox One X, Blu-Ray player, a smart TV in every room, and an electric fireplace. Beach Access is 1,700 Yards.
