Ground Level: Outside the home, you will find an outdoor shower, a fish cleaning table, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 4 cars. As you make your way into the home from the carport, the lower level is great for hanging out or appreciating a game of coffee table foosball. This additional space offers a 42" flat screen Intelligent TV, comfortable chairs, a half bath, and a high-top table that seats 4.

Mid Level:  As you make your way to the middle level, you will find 3 cavernous bedrooms each with access to the covered decks and Roku TVs, two full bathrooms, and a laundry closet. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Queen bed. Bedroom #2 is furnished with two Twin bunk beds. Bedrooms #1 and #2 share a full bathroom off the hallway. The final bedroom on this level is Bedroom # 3, a comfortable Queen bedroom with a private attached full bathroom and direct access to the covered hot tub deck!

Top Level: Entering the open concept Great Room, you are greeted by vaulted ceilings, a cozy sitting area with a flat screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen has everything the prepare in the family will need to prepare your favorite meal, roomy countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Step out to the screened-in porch and relax in the 6-person hot tub or stargaze from the wrap around sun deck with ocean and sound vistas. Directly off the Great Room you will find the broad King primary bedroom, bedroom # 4, boasting a huge ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and direct ocean facing deck access.  

Extras: Private hot tub, 6 Roku TVs, WiFi, charcoal grille,  Keurig, outside shower, covered decks, sun decks, hammock, deck furnishings, foosball table, pack-n-play, and parking for 4 cars. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
