NEW for 2020: New Living Room Furnishings, including couch, loveseat, chair, coffee table, end table and area rug. One queen bed will be replaced with a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom. New polywood furnishings will be added to both decks, including 3 Adirondack chairs and accent table on the top-level back outdoor space, as well as a table with 4 chairs on the front outdoor space. The Owners have added a new glass-top stove. Expect new photos in May!

Sea Tower is a enchanting bungalow with cheery decor located close to the beach. A brief walk down the beach walkway puts you right by the Atlantic Sea and beachside!

The first floor includes 3 calming and classy bedrooms where you can relax. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is a master with a king bed and a private bath. A comfortably located hall bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and dryer complete this level.

The top floor has a dazzling and open kitchen, dining, living room combination that is huge and inviting. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a glass-top stove, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. Serving meals in the adjacent dining area with seating for 8 and outdoor space access for viewing the sunsets after dinner is a delight. The living room is a fun space with appealing furnishings, as well as outdoor space access. A second master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath can also found on this level.

Adore a fun filled day on the beach or at the Kinnakeet Shores pool + tennis court. After a long day, kick back with your favorite show on any of the flat screen TVs. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room; both masters have a 43" TV; there's a 32" TV in the queen room and 24" TV in the Bunk Room. The 2 Blu-ray players are ideal for a movie from Redbox (located at the Food Lion or Dollar General in Buxton). The Blu-ray players are located in the living room and in the bunk room.
