Welcome to your new home away from home! Gather the entire family and make plans to come experience fun and relaxation in one of the best-equipped homes in Corolla.

Enter the ground level and play in the oversized rec room featuring a pool table. You can also enjoy bar-room-style games, an expanded billiards room, a full-size fridge, a vintage arcade machine with more than 150 games, and a microwave. For movie enthusiasts, there is a brand new theatre room set up for your viewing pleasure. There are two bedrooms on the ground level and includes new, convenient direct access to the pool area. Rounding out this level is the laundry area.

The newly designed middle level boasts four bedrooms, three of which have private en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and access to the decks. Once outside, you'll enjoy the scenery from the private hot tub overlooking the ocean and pool area. This level also offers a newly configured common area/sitting area.

The top level features a brand-new kitchen, a larger dining area with a breakfast nook, and two bedrooms. Enjoy amazing ocean views while relaxing in the new great room with a large TV and a Blu-ray player. The fun is only beginning on the inside of this home. Step outside to the backyard and enjoy the large pool with a separate baby pool, new Trex decking, shaded gazebo areas for dining or getting out of the sun, a volleyball court, a shuffleboard court, and your own private walkway to the beach!

While here, you'll have access to a wealth of amenities such as a private 32-foot non-heated pool, a separate baby pool, a hot tub, an elevator, a theater room, a pool table, over 10 TVs, DVD players, several Blu-ray players, free WiFi, three full-size refrigerators, six beach chairs, and a bar with a microwave. Items for younger guests include a portable crib, a high chair, and two Pack 'n Plays.

Guests can also enjoy shuffleboard, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, and shaded gazebos (volleyballs and basketballs are not provided). There is also a private walkway to the beach.

THINGS TO KNOW

• The pool is open from mid-May to mid-October.
• For January and February bookings, please contact Vacasa to ensure the hot tub is available.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
• During your office check-in, you will receive a packet with information specific to check-in, parking, and directions. Guests will need to check personal emails for specific instructions on after-hours arrivals.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Parking available on-site.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
