We have grown larger and succeed because of the wonderful reinforcement and encouragement from our OBX community. Our primary aim is to offer the very best vacation experience possible. By supplying our understanding and expertise of this vastly changing market and the Outer Banks area we hope to turn your family’s vacation into a memorable family tradition.
Save money in Fall. - For many reasons fall is a special time to visit the Outer Banks. Since days (and water) are still warm but nights are cool, it's much like experiencing two seasons in one vacation. Ocean treasures such as shells and sea glass are plentiful making them more readily found. The ocean shifts daily. It's behavior and hue change with the winds and you can see the many personalities of the Atlantic ocean while here. The happiness of the anglers lining the fishing piers and surf is palpable.
>Are you interested in owning a home here on the Outer Banks? We have a full service Real Estate Sales Department. We can answer all of your questions and help make the experience fun.
