You have your choice of a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and single bed, 2 queen bedrooms (1 with semi-private bath), and a king master bedroom. Step out to screened porch with seating to relax and appreciate the vistas. Fly up to the third level and you'll find the airy great room where you can venture out onto the deck to spread your wings and savor the sunrise. Your flock will adore the bright kitchen, close by dining area, and living area with cozy furnishings and 55" TV. Also on this level is a king bedroom with semi-private bath. For a real treat, perch yourself in the sun room with striking ocean vistas and plenty of games, books and puzzles to fill an afternoon. New for 2022: More appealing updates are coming! Owners will install new bedroom carpets on the second floor, new LVP floor on first floor, and will have new living room couches. There will be a new bunk in the bunk room. Outside, there will be new poolside Polywood® deck furnishings, and new deck furnishings. New for 2021: Updates include freshly installed LVP floor throughout the top floor, including the dining room, great room, and the top floor bedroom. All bedrooms have new paint, linens, and curtains. There is new decor throughout, additional outside wood seating, and all TVs have been refreshed to intelligent TVs. There is a new refrigerator in the kitchen.
