Enter the first level of the home that features, four bedrooms and a media room. Everyone has space to spread out; choose from a king master bedroom, complete with a private bath, or a king bedroom and a room with two double beds that share a Jack and Jill bath. The final queen bedroom has a semi-private bath. Challenge your family to a gaming nighttime with the Sony Playstation in the media room or queue up your favorite movie on the TV with streaming capabilities. Memories are waiting to be made in this media room.

The second level of the home offers natural lighting and a beachy décor that completes any island vacation. The open concept makes this home a ideal gathering place to make plans while everybody relaxes throughout the floor. You can take a moment to regroup the family and gather at the breakfast nook or the dining table that seats eight and whip up a meal. The kitchen has just what you need to make your favorite dish. A king master bedroom with private bath is also on this level. As you watch the sunset over the sound, you’ll wish your time at NORTH WIND would never end.

Accessible only by bridge, Island Creek Resort is the ideal place for anyone who enjoys the thrill of windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding and boating. The shallow sound waters offer ideal conditions for novices and pros alike. There’s a boat ramp to dock modest watercraft, kayaks and paddleboards and community-access only launching for windsurfers. Guests have access to the heated community pool and a peaceful public beachfront is within walking distance.

No smoking is allowed on the premises (inside or out). This policy is stringently enforced and will result in evacuation of property and forfeit of payment. Any smoking on property will result in cleaning and repair costs.

New for 2021: Owner is making significant updates throughout the entire home. All bathrooms are being completely remodeled, new lighting throughout, interior and exterior painting throughout and new kitchen backsplash, quartz countertops and appliances. There will be new deck furnishings. New bedspreads, new YouTube broadcast TVs, and new artwork and décor throughout as well.
