Welcome to Mahalo, a elegant, freshly constructed, Hatteras Village home! Located close to the south end of Hatteras Village, you are conveniently close to many trendy eateries, shopping, art galleries, museums, charter boats, marinas, and the Ocracoke ferries. Plus you are only 4 tons from access to the pristine beaches of Hatteras Island. 

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower, a  roomy backyard, 4 beach chairs, a fire pit, and a driveway that accommodates 2 cars. 

The garage and mid level are not available for guest use and may be owner occupied during your stay. 

Top Level (Single Level): Enter through the front door to the pretty Great Room providing ample seating, high ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and access to a entirely furnished, gated, and covered deck. The beautiful and functional kitchen makes cooking a breeze with stainless appliances, granite countertops, counter seating for 2, and a dining table seating 6. Through the hallway is a full bathroom and a laundry room. Then, enter bedroom #1, a enormous King bedroom offering a private bathroom with a dual vanity, make-up bar, and shower. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a King bed, and bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share the hallway bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.

Extras: This property provides 4 beach chairs, 4 TVs, deck furnishings, a gas grille, a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, and linens and towels. No Smoking. No Animals. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Twins. Key Type: Keyless entry. Check In Location: At the property. 

Linens and towels are supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
