This gorgeous 7-bedroom home is located in the prestigious gated golf community known as The Currituck Club. With the absolute best sunrise and sunset views in The Currituck Club, as well as stunning views of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean, this home will keep you coming back year after year.

The third level is where the spacious living area is located. This room opens up to the deck, full of wonderful views and plenty of polywood deck furniture. If you are an early riser, it is a great place to take in the sunrise!! On this level, you will find the well-equipped kitchen, the dining area, the incredible King En Suite with deck access walk-in shower and jetted tub, plus a half bath located on the landing between the 2nd and 3rd levels. Sneak away to the top deck where you'll find the Captain's Watch area with private balcony access and a great place to view the sunset over the Currituck Sound.

The second level has a King En Suite with Deck Access, a Queen En Suite with Private Balcony, a King bedroom with Deck Access, a Pyramid bunk room with Private Balcony, a den with Deck Access featuring a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and a full bathroom in the hall.

The first level is the hangout spot with a game room in the air-conditioned (and heated) garage. It has a pool table, a ping pong table, a sectional sofa, and a television for streaming your favorite shows. In the main area on the bottom floor, there is a wet bar with a mini kitchen. Additionally, there is a Queen bedroom, a Daybed with a trundle, the laundry area, and a Full shared bathroom in the hallway.

Just outside the sliding glass door on the first level is the backyard pool area. Kick back and relax in the sun on one of the lounge chairs or go for a dip in the private pool. Or unwind and let your stress melt away in the hot tub. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach.

No on street parking. No campers, trailers, boats, or other recreational vehicles may be parked in the community. Fishing in the golf course ponds is prohibited.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

The Club is semi-private and features a large, all-grass driving range, banquet, and tournament facilities. The Hunt Club Tavern inside provides a great place to gather after your round for lunch, happy hour, or dinner.

For access to community amenities, guests can pick up wristbands at the tiki bar or at the fitness center office.
