Just Duck Inn to this cute and cozy three-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage located in the southern end of Duck, North Carolina! With stellar views of sunsets ahead, get excited for your next favorite rental on the OBX! Entering on the first level of this home, you will find coastal comforts and endless delights. A nice sitting area awaits, leading into a hallway with a Full Bedroom with a television, a full bathroom, laundry. A common area with a wet bar with a full fridge and microwave has been added for convenience. There is also a comfortable sitting area to enjoy a game of checkers or your favorite board game. Nearby you can make use of the daybed and additional relaxing space for the younger vacationers. A furnished covered deck outside is available for use as well. On the second level, you will find the entertainment area, a fun kitchen for your at-home dining experiences, and a great room. You will love the screened-in porch with a view and an open deck for sun exposure. Think about the sunsets! Lastly, on this level, you'll find the second bedroom, a Queen En Suite with walk-in shower. Making your way to the third level, the third and final bedroom is located here. A King En Suite is ready and waiting with a tub to pamper yourself in along with a shower. For those having to work while on vacation, there is a fully equipped desk with a charging station. The deck access from this room is wonderful! Outside of the home, a charcoal grill is available for you to use as well as a community boat dock if you would like to bring a shallow water watercraft or personal floating device with you. Many folks use this as a kayak launch, too! This home offers two complimentary paddleboards for your convenience, in addition to a corn hole game, basketball, and beach equipment. Nearby, the tennis court also includes two pickle ball courts and a basketball net.

**The indoor pool is open typically in mid-May and closes after mid-October. Pool entrance code will be provided to you. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Nantucket in Duck is the perfect village just south of unique shops, restaurants, and a boardwalk that stretches a length of one mile across the entire town. You are less than 5 minutes away from all the action by car, and easily accessible if you like a short bike ride down the designated biking paths. Best of all, it's QUIET year-round thanks to being nestled away from Route 12. Beach access is best reached by car in Kitty Hawk, just seven short miles south of this community. With plenty of space, great views, awesome decor, and amenities, a lot of care was put into this home. This property has 3 parking spots for guests.
