With almost every conceivable amenity, your group will have the time of their lives and may elect never to even leave home, except to walk over the private boardwalk onto the golden sands of the Nags Head beach. Why would they? Each of the three levels, plus the pool deck, offers its own unique entertainment options. The pool deck, of course, is where all the outdoor fun happens. The 30 x 18 inground pool is huge by Outer Banks standards and will absolutely provide hours of fun and play for everyone in the group. The hot tub for 8 is perfect for evening stargazing. Raise a glass to the Outer Banks and your good fortune at the Tiki Bar. With your friends and family surrounding you at this incredible property on the most gorgeous of barrier islands, what could be more perfect?

The ground level features a den with a flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa and a shuffleboard table. Mix your favorite concoctions at the wet bar with a full size fridge and dishwasher. The kids even get their own private space here, with a kid's den with TV and two chairs. Moving up to the first level, the movie buffs will find their little slice of nirvana here. A dedicated theater room, with a big screen and seating for 8 waits just for you and just outside your own movie theater is another wet bar with a wine refrigerator. Life is good, isn't it? Pool sharks, rejoice. This level also boasts a pool table, along with a high-top table, 4 chairs and another flat screen TV. Sliding glass door lead out to a balcony, with plenty of seating and views to the pool and the ocean.

The second level is simply magnificent. French doors lead out to an expansive balcony. Dine al fresco at the table with seating for 6. Or simply lounge on the sofa or chair with a glass of wine or beer or anything you want. Drink in the shimmering aquamarine water. Revel in the salt air and the ocean breeze on your face. As you ascend from the second level, a seating area for 4 greets you at the top of the stairs. The incredible and expansive kitchen is in front of you with double ovens, double dishwashers and a 6-burner gas stove. The long island with a granite counter can seat up to 6. The open layout of this massive room promotes easy conversation and a sense of togetherness without crowding.

A massive dining table in front of yet another wet bar, with an additional full refrigerator. One can imagine anything from simple snacks to an elegant multi-course meal being served at that table. The generous living area has a gorgeous sectional sofa, two additional chairs and two window seats. In total, close to 15 people can gather around the fireplace and flat screen TV for a movie, a TV show or some lively conversation and laughter. Each of the 9 bedrooms has its own private bath, with two additional half baths located in the areas of most convenience.

Exta Sea is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. Heated Pools are heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. A pool heat fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival.**
