You're greeted with elegance as you walk through the front doors. On the west end of the house, locate two King En Suites and an arcade room. The Double-King Bunk Bed En Suite offers enough space for four guests. Admire the sunset views from your window or fall asleep to your favorite movie on the flat-screen TV. Across the hall, access the second King En Suite. Escape in peace and comfort in this spacious en suite with a private TV. In-between the two rooms, you will find an arcade room with a foosball table and pinball machine. Step into the game room and small lounge as you make your way through the Foyer to the East end of the home. On either side of the game room are two additional King En Suites, each with access to the covered deck. Witness spectacular sunrise views in the morning and overlook your private pool.

Ascend to the second level by either staircase or elevator. On this floor, find a similar layout as the first. As you walk into the Foyer from the stairs, you are greeted with elegant beach decor. To the west are two King En Suites, one with a Double King Bunk. Each with sound views and flat-screen TVs. In the hallway, unwind in the home theater as you immerse yourself in your favorite movie. The Foyer is furnished with a wet bar. Step into the second game room with a billiards table and lounge with ocean views. On either side of the game room are two King En Suites, each equipped with flat-screen TVs and access to the covered patio.

As you make your way to the third floor, admire the open concept kitchen with an island bar seating six. Whip up a scrumptious breakfast and head into the spacious dining room. From the kitchen and dining room, access the covered patios on the east side of the home and feel the ocean breeze blow through your hair. Back inside, the comfortable living room offers ample space for spreading out in the evening. On the west end of the house, locate two extra King En Suites, a second laundry room, and a half bath. Both King En Suites offer TVs, while one King En Suite is disabled-friendly.

Take a dip in your private heated swimming pool and hot tub outside the home. Use your extended backyard leading directly to the beach. Spend the day with your toes in the sand, basking in the sunshine. When you're hungry for lunch, head back over the dune to your backyard and fire up the gas grill. **Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
