If you’ve got work to do, the desk and chair tucked into the office/den next to the window seat is the perfect spot.

At breakfast time, the kitchen features a full set of stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you’ll need to whip up a feast. Or just some toast – you’re on vacation, after all. Dine together at the table for six or pull up a bar stool at the breakfast bar to keep it casual. If a day on the sand is in store, you’re a little over half a mile from the beach via Helga Street just to the south, which offers a safe crossing and public beach access. Those who wish to drive can utilize the Kitty Hawk public parking beach access, about 1.3 miles north.
