Opulent Dream Catcher By The Sea is the right vacation choice. You will approve of the well-cared-for landscaping and custom driveway with generous parking and a basketball hoop. Around the back, you'll find the boardwalk to the beach with an accessibility ramp to elevator access, plus showers and a 47-foot-long pool with a kiddie end and a nine-foot radial spa with a glass block waterfall (open during pool season). This water park-style pool and nearby mini kitchen and grill will make this your best vacation ever. The pool deck area now features a tropical bar with a shaded area! Take advantage of your town tiki bar before you bask in the sunlight and wait for your grilled food to finish searing.

The first level opens with a formal tiled entry that leads to a full hall bath and elevator access to three floors. The furnished, oceanfront game room has a pool table, Foosball, a mounted TV, and a full kitchenette with a microwave, a fridge, and direct access to the super pool. Next door, a 16-seat home projection theater features a 110-inch screen and surround sound. Bring your favorite movie to watch in super comfort. The large first bedroom has a full bath. Take the elevator to the second level, and you'll find a dedicated laundry room with washer/dryers and a laundry basin. Oceanfront bedroom two is a semi-private main bedroom with deck access. Oceanfront bedroom three has bunk beds and deck access. Bedroom four is all laid out for guest comfort. Two hall baths are within easy reach of these three bedrooms. One large bath is accessible-friendly with a roll-in shower. The oceanfront main bedroom five has deck access, and a full bath. Oceanfront main bedroom six has deck access. A newly constructed, second primary is a recent addition, bringing the bedroom count on this floor to seven. A large inviting hot tub is accessible to all on oceanfront deck and a sound-side deck is also available.

Dream Catcher By The Sea has a beautiful third-level great room with upscale resort furnishings, tall ceilings, and a half bath. The oceanfront living level has beautiful windows to spectacular ocean views. Ultra-comfortable and updated furnishings offer an updated, modern decor while allowing for perfectly quiet moments of ocean appreciation or terrific ballgames on the TV. A large custom kitchen has spacious counters, a cooktop, dual ovens, a microwave, twin dishwashers, two sinks, and amazing views. A gas grill is located on the sound-side deck with a porch swing. You'll have your choice of two dining areas and a breakfast bar for six. This kitchen has been completely remodeled with double appliances, new counters, and a cupboard. An extra-large sunroom features great views of the ocean and the sound is a perfect place to get away from the crowd for sunrises or sunsets. Wide, furnished sundecks are ideal for get-togethers with friends.

Bedroom eight has tall ceilings and you can watch the sunrise from bed or head into a truly amazing bath. This extra-large bathroom has an incredible Jacuzzi tub combo, a glass block wall, a make-up table, and a private toilet to make guests feel like pampered royalty. Level four is first-class with a comfortable office area. Oceanfront bedroom nine is the Dream Catcher By The Sea's crowning achievement. Enjoy a few moments of solace on the private oceanfront deck. THINGS TO KNOW

• The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking that will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• This rental is located on floor 3.
• Parking notes: Please park in the driveway. Guests may park a maximum of eight vehicles. Parking on the lawn is not allowed, as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. RV parking is not allowed in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Inactive surveillance cameras are located outside of the home. The owners turn the cameras on when the home is vacant. One is in the carport facing the driveway to the main road, the second one is a ring doorbell camera facing the front entrance to the driveway.
