With a private heated pool and hot tub less than 100 feet from a sandy, sound-front beach, Cayman Sunset is water sports heaven. This house was designed with all the amenities to make your vacation your most memorable one yet - so much so that you will want to return year after year!

As you enter the driveway of Cayman Sunset, the color of the house, the professional landscaping with palm trees, and the sand will give you that island feel. This home has an elevator that will take you from the ground level to the top level, as well as every floor in between. The second floor features a spacious rec room with a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a game table with chairs, a full wet bar, and a 56-inch big-screen TV. Beyond the rec room, you can walk out the sliding glass doors to relax in the screened-in porch, unwind in the hot tub, enjoy an evening cocktail at the tropical bar, or take a dip in the luxurious heated pool - all while listening to your favorite music on the outside speakers. The exercise room has a universal gym, a treadmill, a rowing machine, and a TV to entertain you. From the exercise room, take in views of the rec room, the outside pool area, the sound, and beyond. After a good workout, you can relax and enjoy the sauna, located just steps away near the powder room.

The 10th bedroom has two pyramid beds, a TV, and a full bathroom. The third floor features the sound-front sixth, seventh, and eighth bedrooms, with walk-out sliding doors to a 40-foot deck with access to the pool deck and gorgeous sunsets. The ninth bedroom offers a private deck and shares a bathroom with the sixth bedroom. The large laundry room includes two washer/dryers and a laundry tub for your convenience. The second floor also has a deck near the laundry room.

The fourth floor has the sound-front second, third, and fourth bedrooms with walk-out sliding doors to a 40-foot deck offering more unbelievable sunsets. The fifth bedroom shares a full bathroom with the fourth bedroom, offering two pyramid beds. Bring the popcorn and DVDs to the 18-seat (all recliners) home theater room with outstanding sound quality - one of the largest home theaters on the entire Outer Banks. The fifth (top) floor is home to the first bedroom - the last of six primary bedrooms - with an awesome full bathroom with a jetted tub and a rain shower. All bedrooms have LCD TVs.

The great room offers cathedral ceilings, a large LCD TV, and an entertainment center with surround sound. A gas fireplace warms up the living area with upscale, plush resort furniture and decor. The extra-large kitchen with a breakfast bar and stunning dining area is worthy of the Food Network, topped off with the most beautiful unrestricted views of the sound and sunsets. This is one of very few places on the east coast where you can experience the sun kissing the water over the sound. Super size your vacation at Cayman Sunset!

THINGS TO KNOW

• The fireplace is available October through April
• The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
• You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: Please park in the driveway. The total maximum number of vehicles is 10. Parking on the lawn is not allowed, as this may cause damage to the home's septic system. RV is parking not allowed in this community. If you are bringing an RV for your stay, you are welcome to park it in the parking lot of the Avon office, located at the following address: 41156 Hwy 12, Avon, NC 27915.
• 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
