By the Sea is a semi-oceanfront, family favorite, located in the trendy Island Pines community of Waves village. You are sure to be included with memories that last a lifetime as you are less than 200 feet from beach access, and have a huge private pool with tiki bar, a hot tub, and a game room.  Unwind on the broad sundecks to watch the ocean waves or stargaze into the gorgeous dark skies of Hatteras Island.

Private Pools are open from April 1 - October 31.
Pool Heat can be added for an additional $500.

Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a private pool with a tiki bar, a lighted fish cleaning station, 2 outdoor showers, a gas grille, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars.

Level 1: As you enter the home, you will find the roomy game room with a flat screen TV, an 8-ft pool table, a wet bar with a full size refrigerator and microwave, and access to the pool area. Off the game room is Bedroom # 1, a cavernous bedroom with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds and a Roku TV. The laundry area, a full bathroom, and a half bath are also found on this level. 

Level 2: The second level offers 5 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with TVs. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are each furnished with a King bed and bedrooms #4 and #5 are each furnished with a Queen bed. Bedrooms #2-#5 have private en suite bathrooms. The final bedroom on this level, bedroom #6, is furnished with two Twin beds and has access to a full bathroom located off the hallway. Appreciate the spacious screened porch and covered decks with ample seating and the 8-person hot tub on this level.

Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the remarkable living area with cathedral ceilings and vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. The living area features a sizable sectional couch, a game table that seats 4, a enormous 4K TV with a DVD player and streaming channels for your entertainment. The sizeable kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the cookware you will need to prepare your favorite meal, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 10. Off the living area, you will find Bedroom # 7, a spacious King bedroom with a huge ensuite bathroom that has a whirlpool tub and a shower.

Extras: Private pool, private hot tub, pool table, 9 Roku TVs, DVD/DVDs, WiFi, gas grille, kitchenette, board games, fish cleaning table, outside shower, screened porch, covered decks, sun decks, deck furnishings, and parking for 6 cars. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
