Inside, the large, top level great room boasts stunning panoramic ocean views with plenty of room to spread out. The open kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar seating for 4. Mealtime will be fun and memorable with 2 dining areas, offering seating for 18. An elevator to all levels provides comfort and convenience for everyone.

Everyone will love the 50's style retro game room on the ground level, boasting a pool table, commercial pinball machine, wet bar/kitchenette, full-sized refrigerator with a stand-alone commercial ice maker, and microwave. Enjoy movies in your own private home theater room, with a 90" 4K High Definition TV with cinema surround sound and a Blu-ray player. A large collection of Blu-rays and DVDs are provided!

The private pool is generally open from early May through late October. Optional pool heat is $500.
