The first floor features three pleasing bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a washer and dryer. You’ll be delighted when you reach the second floor, with its wide-open living spaces and expansive views of the ocean and sound. Whip up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen and then take your pick of seats at the breakfast bar or at one of the two dining room tables. Cleanup is easy with the dishwasher and double sink. On a rainy day, lounge on one of the comfortable couches and sign in to your favorite streaming services through the Roku-equipped television.
Craving a little privacy? Off the kitchen, behind French doors, you’ll find another sitting area with two more couches, a television, and a foosball table. The new deck off the second floor is extra wide and equipped with plenty of big Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. And of course, there’s a bathroom on this level as well for your convenience.
The third floor features a game room and two king-size primary suites with large bathrooms and private decks. Play a game of pool or Ping-Pong while watching the sunset over the sound through the massive windows or sit on one of the updated decks and relax while taking in the sounds of the ocean. And when you tire of the ocean, take a swim in the private pool or watch the stars from the open-air hot tub. - The private pool is open seasonally from April through mid-October. Dates are subject to change.
- You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
- Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
