Surf And Sounds Chamber Music Series - Duck

Head to one of the most picturesque venues for outdoor shows in the northern Outer Banks for this very special concert that brings together talented musicians in a showcase of classical music. The Surf and Sounds Chamber Music Series is a multiple day event that will feature gorgeous chamber music selections, and which will impress both local and visiting music lovers of all tastes.

The series takes place at a number of venues throughout the Outer Banks, and during this late August evening event, the chamber musicians will head to the gorgeous Town of Duck Amphitheater along the waterfront to perform a selection of classical pieces that will be familiar to music fans. The series features music performed by a piano quintet, a flute quartet, or a string quartet, which is dependent on both the venue and program, and the performing musicians hail from all across the country and are recognized as some of the most talented artists anywhere. The event is completely free and open to the public, and visitors can settle into an outdoor seat at the amphitheater to relax and enjoy the show.
