Visitors can get a taste of the glitzy country music scene of Branson, Missouri without ever leaving the islands of the Outer Banks via this special one-day-only performance that features familiar faces, great music, and plenty of laughs. The Stars of the Grand Ole Opry show features the all-star cast of the Ozark Jubilee, and will include a host of familiar Opry tunes and fun that will have everyone’s toes tapping.

The show takes place at the Roanoke Island Festival Park in the heart of Manteo, which is well known as one of the most scenic venues along the beach, thanks to a Roanoke Sound backdrop. The performers from the Ozark Jubilee will perform a host of songs from some of the greatest country music stars of all time, which includes Roy Acuff, Patsy Cline, Tammy Wynette, Ray Price, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Charlie Pride, and many more. Featuring famed national talents including Branson's funniest comedian and world class fiddler, Doofus Doolittle, as well as Australian Sensation Jennifer Simmons, the event is a great way to see international stars in the heart of the Outer Banks. Appropriate for all ages, and featuring miles of entertainment, this family-friendly show is a great outing for country music fans throughout the OBX.

We are The Corolla Wild Horse Fund the non-profit 501 (c) (3) charity responsible for the care and protection of the wild Banker horses roaming the northernmost beaches of the Outer Banks. Join us in the summer season, every Wednesday morning from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at our farm, in Grandy, on the mainland. Please check our website for current Mustang Mornings dates and details. Meet the rescued Banker horses currently in our care on a self-guided walking tour where you can spend time with our staff. Attend a free movie screening of The Secret of Corolla, a 32-minute documentary on the Banker mustangs and the culture and lifestyle of the island. Engage with CWHF’s Director of Herd Management in a Q&A directly after the screening. This is a meaningful way for us to engage with our members and supporters while educating the public on the history and future of the Bankers.
