The “Short Rigger” is a beautiful 57’ Bobby Sullivan sport fishing boat with a rich history of catching fish. Powered by twin 715 HP Caterpillar C-12 diesel engines, she offers a speedy and comfortable ride for up to 6 guests.
The spacious galley amenities include satellite TV, surround sound, a DVD player, a Bluetooth stereo, air-conditioning, 2 sofas, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker.

The large cockpit has got a fighting chair as well as 2 additional rod gimbals so you can fight multiple fish at the same time. There’s also a huge fish-box, a built-in cooler, an ice-maker, and a spacious rear-facing mezzanine sofa for folks to enjoy the scenery while watching each other catch fish. The boat is fully-rigged with navigation electronics including GPS, a radar, VHF radios, and a fishfinder.

Captain Pete offers 12-hour trips, mainly fishing for Dolphin, Marlin, Wahoo, Sailfish, and Tuna, depending on the season and conditions on the day. On these trips, you can expect to use techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, trolling, big game fishing, jigging, and popping.

The trip price includes rods, reels, bait, as well as fishing permits for the day. Make sure to bring along your food and drink and plenty of non-spray sunscreen.
