Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and yard, screened porch and a covered patio with gas grill and an outside shower. Inside you'll find a garage, half bath and the entry Foyer. Great room with large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and screened porch access. Well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, counter seating for 4, beverage refrigerator, Keurig and a gas stove with double ovens. Dining area seating 8, den with flat-screen TV, patio deck access and wet bar with mini-refrigerator/freezer and sink. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, full private bathroom and screened porch access. Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms both with with flat-screen TV and full private bathrooms. Queen Master Bedroom with a full private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with flat screen TV and full private bathroom and a Master Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV and full private bathroom.

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 24), 7 TVs, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), internet access, beverage refrigerator, wet bar with mini-refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, screened porch, covered patio, gas grill, outside shower, parking for 5 vehicles and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not offer beach chairs, an iron or an ironing board. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Sea Hawk is an ocean-to-sound community just south of the village of Duck. This small single road community is within walking distance of Duck Village offering a variety of shopping, restaurants, and activities.

COMMUNITY RESTRICTIONS

  • All items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach before 6:30am and after 6:30pm are subject to confiscation as well as a civil penalty. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night. 

Town of Duck - Tent/Chair/Shade Restrictions:

  • Set ups must allow for 15 feet, from the base of the dune, travel lane for emergency access and must not be closer than 10 feet to dune vegetation or turtle nest.
  • Set ups must not be closer than 50 feet, in any direction, from a lifeguard stand, emergency, or beach access.
  • Tents may not exceed 12x12, cannot be taller than 9 feet, cannot be tied together with another tent (unless they are perpendicular to the shore), must be spaced 10 feet from each other, and guy wires may not extend beyond the 12x12 max limit.
  • All shade structures must be secure.
