Ground Level: Outside the home, you will find a new outside shower with hot & cold water and a separate dressing area, fishing rod holders, a fish cleaning station, a charcoal grill, and a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 3 vehicles.

Mid Level: Enter the home from the stairs on the right side of the carport. Inside you'll find a Master Bedroom outfitted with a Queen Bed, en suite bathroom, and smart TV with Roku and DirectTV streaming. Enjoy a good read on the private covered deck with its own separate entrance. Bedroom # 2 features 2 Bunk Sets and a flat-screen smart TV with Roku and DirectTV streaming, the perfect spot for the kids to chill. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed and a flat-screen smart TV with Roku and DirectTV streaming. #2 & #3 share a full bathroom located off the hallway. The laundry area is conveniently located in the hall closet with a washer and dryer.

Top Level: The home features a bright and open floor plan. The comfortable living area has plenty of seating for the entire crew, a smart TV with Roku and streaming DirctTV, books, games, and a wine/beverage cooler. Step outside on the spacious sun deck and take in the beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound. The perfect spot to gather and socialize with an evening drink and ideal for an early morning cup of Joe.

The fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances you'll need for an easy vacation, plenty of prep space for those who enjoy cooking, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 10. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with a table and chairs. A half bathroom is located a the top of the staircase.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Nice place, easy walk to the beach. House was clean and kitchen well equipped. Hot water in the outdoor shower was a plus for getting sand off. Deck was shaded (which was nice) till 11 am and pleasantly cool after 6 pm watching the sunset. Kids had a great time!

Our family of 5 enjoyed so many things about this house. We were a short walk to the beach access and appreciated that the dune was an easy one to cross even with 3 kids. We enjoyed the privacy this house offered since there is a wooded lot across the street and plenty of trees around the house too.The couch was a large sectional that comfortably fit our entire family. The new outdoor shower was great because of how large it is, and we loved the little shark that was carved in the wood, such a neat touch.
