It's time for a Reel Retreat! Located on a large lot in Ocean Sands (section A), this beautiful 5 bedroom home is a short 5-7 minute easy walk to the beach. After long day at the beach, enjoy a splash in the private pool or unwind in the hot tub!  Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset from either of the large decks from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The open floor plan makes this a great choice for everyone to enjoy time together. Located just north of the Nature Conservancy , you're closet to shopping, restaurants and all the vacation fun you could want!  Just a short drive to the 4x4 beaches where the Corollas Wild Horses roam!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, carport with outside shower, gas grill, foot wash, and a pirate ship play set/swing. Inside you will find elevator access to all levels, Rec Room with air hockey table, Futon Sleep Sofa, pool deck access, flat-screen TV and a portable ice-maker and full-size refrigerator. Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, pool deck access and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom. Master Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle, flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Guests staying in Ocean Sands sections D, E, F, H, I, J, O, L, K M, N, Q or P will have access to:

  • NO GOLF CARTS, even if they’re street legal.
  • After 11:00 pm loud noise and any disturbances are prohibited.
  • Items left on the beach or under/on walkways to beach after sunset are subject to confiscation. Please take all beach gear back to your rental each night.
