Had some minor miscommunication at first about property being pet friendly but quickly was fixed. Beautiful house, great location, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

Super nice home and location. walked over to the sound a few times a day with our pups who also enjoyed the back yard and front porch. also walked to the local coffee shop for a nice morning walk, such a great neighborhood. home had everything we needed and lots of space. can't wait to go back!

this was an amazing property to stay at. we had 2 kids, 4 adults, and had more than enough room. the backyard has an awesome screened in porch that is extremely spacious. bathrooms were beautiful, had a deep tub, and had high ceilings. the kitchen was the star of the show, everything you need to cook for plenty of people, and a dishwasher to clean things up. the host was VERY responsive and went out of the way to send us referrals of restaurants and what to order. for the price we paid, this is 100% worth the money. we even checked the air vent filter because we have asthma.... thing was brand new, looking great. very pleased all around, and we will be back with an even larger group next time to enjoy the home. also, in the evening, keep an eye out for deer out back. around 7 pm, about 8 deer came walking through the property behind us.

Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet location close to everything including phenomenal views over the sound just a few short steps away. The beds were crazy comfortable. I know you don’t come on vacation to sleep but let’s be honest you need a little and you will get it. The bedroom windows also have great shades and light blocking curtains. We got some great sleep after playing hard all day! The kitchen is well stocked and offers plenty of seating options. I would definitely bring extra blankets for lounging around after you get a little sun on the beach. Not a big deal but only one of the bedrooms has a TV there are three on the property. One is in a work out room on the top floor which was an added surprise but a bit of an odd room . We loved our stay in this property and always love KDH! The property manager does a good job of telling you to bring beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas all things. Honestly, no complaints . It was a great week.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the house. It?s new, spacious, and most importantly to me, very clean. It?s located on the bay side, in a lovely neighborhood that our group enjoyed taking walks through.

There were a few downsides: The lock pad, where we use a code to open the door, didn?t work properly. I had to call each day of our trip to get a new code. Finally, on our last full day when no code worked, technicians were sent out to replace the entire mechanism. It was just an inconvenience to deal with each day. Also, we were hoping to use the grill but when one of our group went to take a look at it, he discovered stuck on food from the previous renters which attracted a rat who was happily living in the grill.

Despite these issues, we had a great time and would rent this home again.

What a great place to stay! Hard tell to tell from the pictures how spacious the living area and bed rooms are. House felt very clean and new. Communication with host was very good. I would gladly stay again.

What fun it is to enter a place that was just built and is brand new. Beautifully decorated property, with every convenience like 3 private full bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, board games, multiple parking places etc. Top that with glimpses of view to the sound (2nd row of properties from the shore) and walkable distance (5min) to a public yet serene pier. Truly magical place. We will definitely come back.
