Ground Level: Queen Bedroom that shares a bathroom with the Recroom with Queen Sleep Sofa and TV/DVD, laundry with washer and dryer, access to the large screened porch with plenty of outdoor seating and dining, large fenced back grassy lawn, and the private pool.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV and a Bedroom with 3 Singles that shares a hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles. All bedrooms have access to one of the many decks.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV and deck access, great room with TV/DVD, dining room seating 8, kitchen with counter seating for 6, half bathroom and a sun room with TV.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home does not offer beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Very nice home, well Laid out , lots of space to spread out. Is very close to a walkway to the beach, only a couple minutes walk and you're on the beach. Very large library of books, plenty of games to play, many tv's too. The pool is a nice size, the backyard is large too. While the yard is fenced in be aware that some sections are maybe 3 feet high, my medium size dog can easily jump that, (she never did before but not a good place to try it) so we were not able to let her run free, but that wasn't a deal breaker. Home is only a couple min straight run down to the Tim-Buck II area and you never need to go onto the main road to get there. All in all I'd recommend the home and will come back again.

This house has a great outdoor area! The fenced in yard is perfect for guests with a dog and/or children. The screened-in porch offers a cool and comfortable spot to relax after time at the beach.

If you like playing outside with your kids and dogs, this is a great place. Its plenty charming inside but the outside options really make this one of our favorites .
