Perfect for family fun, this large three-story house features a private pool, hot tub, a large open great room, a recreation room and a loft. Unwind and relax on the numerous decks, accessible from every bedroom of the house. Just a short walk to the beach and a short ride to shops, Corolla area and Whalehead Club.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool area with hot tub, Tiki bar with outdoor TV, 2 outside showers and a shaded hammock area. Inside you'll find a Queen Master Bedroom, Recroom with TV/DVD, mini-pool/ping-pong and full sized refrigerator. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: Large great room with TV/DVD and stereo, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and dining area seating 14. King Master Bedroom, Bedroom with a Queen and Single that shares a hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single bed. All bedrooms have deck access.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with TV, King Bedroom with TV that shares a full hall bathroom with a Bedroom with 3 Singles and a sitting area with TV. All bedrooms have deck access.

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 30), Hot Tub (6), community water, 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, high-speed wireless internet, stereo, mini-pool/ping pong table, basketball hoop, volleyball, tether ball, outdoor shower, gas grill, charcoal grill, parking for 5 cars, books, games and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We were pleasantly surprised that the house was represented as pictured. Our family really loved it enjoyed ourselves and would love to come again. Wish there was one more bathroom or 1/2 bath somewhere. Overall very happy

With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we were all able to have our own bedrooms and then be able to get together for play time and meals. We enjoyed both privacy and together time! We loved having our own private pool!

Loved everything about the house

We loved everything about the house! We all kept saying how perfect the house was and how nice it was. I was thrilled with the kitchen and how well it was stocked because we ate almost every meal at the home. Since the weather was so nice we enjoyed the outdoor seating when we ate. I was concerned about the distance to the beach...but that was not so bad either. We rented bikes and some of us walked so all in all it turned out great and we all got some exercise. We had an amazing week just being together and that is what our vacations are all about. The house was a bonus! Please give our heartfelt thanks to the owners of Whistling Whale...we made memories we will never forget! ❤️ [from the guest survey]

It is a lovely home that has lots of amenities. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The towels provided are very nice. The pool area was great with a bar and 2 outside showers. It is a relaxing home that we enjoyed a lot.
