You can see and hear the ocean from the deck (horizon view). Swimmers and sunbathers will love the private pool and hot tub. Located in the southern subdivision of Tuckahoe, a private beach community, Sailaway is an easy walk into the town of Duck, giving you plenty to do!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool and hot tub, basketball hoop and carport with an outside shower.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Single Bed and flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, Single Bed and flat-screen TV/DVD and a hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with cathedral ceilings, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 4 plus deck access, dining room seating 8, breakfast table seating 2 and a newly added sun room with private deck access. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second access to the hallway).

Extras: Private Pool (25 x 15), Hot Tub, 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, wireless internet, gas grill, high chair, basketball hoop, games, outside shower, parking for 6 vehicles, linens and towels provided and community pool and tennis/ pickleball court access. 2024, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/12/24 -10/12/24

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property has cameras at the front and rear entry doors.

Kilmarlic Golf Club Member. This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. The K Club will also have a fulltime concierge to assist in planning your activities. Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

We loved the house but there were several stains on the rugs- Im assuming it was from previous dog visitors. Indoor furniture in the main room is pretty uncomfortable , really dont like the slip covers., they felt dirty. Outdoor furniture is top notch and the pool and hot tub area is wonderful and so private! Great location so close to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to Duck.

This place is awesome! Spotless-clean, pet friendly, pool, hot tub, decks, beach…everything you can think of and more. They even had bikes, pool toys and and a poolside bar. We’ve rented other OBX houses, but this blew them away. Already reserved next year.

A perfect beach house to escape to! Each time our family has stayed here we’ve seen improvements - added pool decking, fully upgraded kitchen, a new pool-side bar, and more. This house offers more than the memories that will be created here. It is located steps away from the beach, a walk or bike ride into Duck’s quaint downtown, or a short drive away from all that OBX has to offer. I highly recommend you “Sail Away” here to experience it for yourself…you won’t be disappointed!
