"Ocean Adventure" is available for full week rentals only. This home is in a residential community just minutes from Oregon Inlet Fishing Center and Pea Island. It is located at 10416 S. Colony South Drive in South Nags Head, North Carolina at Mile Post 21 1/2. This cottage is spacious and cozy with direct beach access approximately 400 feet from your door.

Ground Level: Enclosed outside shower, picnic table, carport, beach cart and a large, sand filled play area with slide and swings under the house.

Top Level: Entry level. Great room with wooden floors, TV/DVD/VCR, large picture window and screened porch with ocean view. Kitchen with large island counter with 4 stools and the dining area with large table seating 8. King Master Bedroom with TV and full private bath with shower, Queen Bedroom with ocean view, hall full bathroom with shower/tub and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set. Den with Full Sleep Sofa, TV/DVD/VCR and built-in ironing board situated next to the laundry area with utility sink, full size washer and dryer and access to a glass enclosed sun porch and outside sun deck.

Extras: 3 TVs, 2 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, parking for 4 cars, electric fireplace, enclosed outside shower, under house play area, screened porch, sun deck, ceiling fans and deck furniture. No Smoking. No pets allowed. Full week rentals only. Distance to Beach access: 400'. Beds: King, Queen, DuoBunk, Bunk Set, Full Sleep Sofa. House Address: 10416 S. Colony South Drive, South Nags Head. Key Type: Keyless entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 3719 N. Croatan Hwy, Kitty Hawk Office.

Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.

This property does NOT provide beach chairs.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

It's not a 5 star hotel, or one of the big luxury homes you see around the area, but it has everything you need. It's comfortable, clean, location is awesome and we would book again in a minute.

Amazing house, amazing open living space, and amazing playground underneath house for young children, also the street has a lot of locals on it so I felt comfortable with allowing the kids outside on the road to ride scooters.

This property is our home away from home! It is perfect for families with smaller kids. The playground underneath the house is ideal and proximity to the beach is perfect. The part of the beach that there is access to is never busy and is so beautiful.

This house was perfectly located with very close beach access less than a 5 minute walk. A sand cart is provided to haul supplies to the beach. A large sandy play area under the unit is protected from the sun, full of toys, beside a picnic table and outside shower. This was a great plus and a big hit with our 2-yr old granddaughter. Large selection of DVDs, puzzles, books, and plenty of area to move around. Two families stayed together and we felt as if we were in 2 apartments. We highly recommend this unit for rental and will return!

This house was excellent for us. The sand box and digging toys located under the house was perfect for the kids during the hottest part of the day. The walk to the beach was short yet far enough to keep the kids from wondering off, It is a great part of the beach; not crowded at all. It is an easy drive to Manteo or Nags Head for great meals. I highly recommend Darrels in Manteo. We found lots of sea shells but no sharks teeth. Great vacation spot. We will be back.

This home has a great kids play area under the cover of the house making this a superb rental for a family with young kids! A very neat, clean rental vacation spot.
