This vacation rental has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable and memorable beach vacation. Tiki Time is not just another beach house, it's a vacation experience!  The outdoor entertainment area is equipped with private pool, hot tub, LED-lit Tiki bar, darts, ring game, putting green and gas and charcoal grills. Avoid traffic with a Friday check-in! Located within walking distance to the beach and only minutes from The Curriruck Golf Club, TimBuck II Shopping Plaza (entertainment, shopping and restaurants, grocery stores, the Currituck Lighthouse and so much more!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a fully gated private pool with hot tub, LED-lit Tiki bar, dart board, ring game, putting green, outdoor speakers and gas and charcoal grills. Carport, laundry area with washer and dryer, outside shower and bathroom next to the Tiki bar. 

Mid Level: Entry level. King Bedroom, full hall bathroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk, Trundle, flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access that shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Singles and flat-screen TV. Den with a flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access.

Top Level: Great room with vaulted ceilings, TV/DVD and deck access. Dining area seating 8, kitchen with counter seating for 3 and deck access, King Bedroom with deck access and a full hall bathroom.

Extras: Private Pool (12 x 24), Hot Tub (6 person), 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, LED-lit Tiki bar, gas and charcoal grills, outside shower, dart board, putting green, ring game, outside speakers, CD player, karaoke machine, high speed internet access, board games, ceiling fan, furnished decks, 2 baby gates and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This home does NOT provide beach chairs. 

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

Ocean Sands is located near shopping, restaurants, golf, and water sports. All homes in these sections are on municipal water and sewer. Some homes in these sections remain on private wells while others have connected to municipal water and sewer.

Guests staying in Ocean Sands sections D, E, F, H, I, J, O, L, K M, N, Q or P will have access to:

  • A 7 acre fishing lake abundant with water fowl
  • Tennis Courts in sections D, F, and H
  • Quiet roads for walking or bike riding
  • 18 Beach Accesses located within the community

Guests staying in Ocean Sands sections A, B and C have access to:

  • The Beach Accesses in sections A, B and C only and are not permitted to use the amenities in the other sections

  • NO GOLF CARTS, even if they’re street legal.
  • After 11:00 pm loud noise and any disturbances are prohibited.
